We work hand in hand, sometimes literally, with our clients from early on in the design stages, exchanging ideas, sketches, scale drawings, looking at samples and mockups until we are satisfied that a commonly understood direction between Crown Creations and the client is realized.

Finish samples are provided for client approval. No matter how great we may deem our communications skills, visual aids are the best tool for discovering common ground. Once, twenty three such samples were developed before a selection was made.

Depending upon the project, cut sheets (job parts) are listed either by the design office or the individual craftsman and the building begins.

Our customers are always welcomed to visit the shop to see their project being built.

Once completed, delivery and installation is arranged and coordinated with all parties concerned.
